These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Imposter – Party Game” (the “App”), published by Alfabeet Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.

2. In-App Purchases

• The App is free to download and includes a set of free categories to play with.
• Premium features — including additional categories, the ability to create custom categories, and an ad-free experience — are available via a one-time in-app purchase.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, and refund handling are subject to the terms and policies of the app store you purchased through, not directly by us.
• To restore a previous purchase (e.g. after reinstalling the App or switching devices), use the “Restore Purchases” option in Settings.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and currency; we may change prices for future purchases at any time, but this will not affect purchases you’ve already made.

3. User-Generated Content (Custom Categories)

Premium users may create custom categories and word lists (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for any User Content you create. User Content is stored locally on your device only — we do not receive, host, moderate, or have access to it. Since this content stays on your device, you retain full control over it and are responsible for ensuring it doesn’t infringe on others’ rights or contain unlawful material if shared outside the App (e.g. via screenshots).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or attempt to bypass any purchase or licensing mechanism
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

5. Advertising

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements. Purchasing the premium unlock removes these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads shown through advertising networks.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, categories, word lists (other than User Content), and branding, is owned by Alfabeet Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features beyond what’s necessary to use the App as intended.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfabeet Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
